Knowledge in health systems development is desirable.

2. Administrative Assistant

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Graduate Degree (Regular Courses) in B.A./ B.Com / B.Sc. / BBA.
    • Diploma / Degree / Certificates in secretarial practices.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an office secretary / Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
  • Skills: Drafting letters/notes/agendas/minutes, meeting facilitation & scheduling, processing work orders/invoices, leave record management, minor procurements (GFR knowledge), MOM verification, event & logistics management, storekeeping, SOP preparation assistance, MIS/tracker/database management, electronic & paper record keeping, correspondence handling, good typing speed (35 wpm), computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent writing & verbal communication (English), proficient drafting with attention to spelling/punctuation/grammar.

3. Lead Consultant – Health Management Information System (HMIS)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Masters / PG Diploma in Statistics / Public Health Informatics / Operations / Operations Research / Demography / Economics / Social Sciences / Development Studies from recognized Institutions (UGC / AICTE).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 or more years of experience handling HMIS Application of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) at National or State level.
  • Skills: Knowledge of MoHFW schemes/programmes, designing tools/strategies for data collection/analysis/reporting, proficiency in data analysis/triangulation, knowledge of Indian Public Health Standards, excellent data analytical/documentation/communication/presentation skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision, high computer proficiency (MS Office), internet research skills, good interpersonal skills, proven leadership ability, effective communication (written/verbal) to varied audiences, willingness to travel, ability to handle multiple assignments.
