Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate Apprentices: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering (or allied branches); OR MLISc (Master of Library & Information Science). Must be from a recognized University.
- Diploma Apprentices (Engineering): Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Civil, Computer Science Engineering (or allied branches) from a recognized State Board.
- Diploma Apprentices (Commercial Practice): Diploma in Commercial Practice awarded by a recognized State Board.
- Trade (ITI) Apprentices: ITI certificate in Electronics, Machinist, Fitter, or Welder trade from a recognized University/Board.
- Year of Passing: Crucially, only candidates who have passed their qualifying examination (Degree/Diploma/ITI) during the years 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible. Candidates who passed out earlier than 2022 are NOT eligible.
- Other Criteria:
- Must have completed the qualifying examination as a regular candidate.
- Candidates with prior job experience of one year or more, or those who have already undergone/are currently undergoing apprenticeship training, are NOT eligible.
- Candidates who have passed sandwich courses, obtained private degrees, or are pursuing higher studies (e.g., B.E./B.Tech after Diploma, M.E./M.Tech after Graduation) are NOT acceptable.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Courses must be recognized by a University/State Board in India.
Application Process
- NATS Registration (Mandatory for Graduates & Diploma Holders):
- Candidates applying for Graduate or Diploma Apprenticeship must first enroll themselves on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal: www.nats.education.gov.in.
- During enrollment, upload your Degree/Diploma certificate and valid ID.
- Obtain the NATS Enrolment Number generated after successful registration. This number is compulsory and must be mentioned in the application details/documents. Failure to register or provide the NATS number will likely lead to rejection. (ITI candidates do not require NATS registration for this process as specified).
- How to Apply (Email Submission):
- Prepare Documents: Compile the following documents in PDF format:
- SSLC/10th Standard Marks Card/Certificate (for Date of Birth proof).
- PUC/12th Standard/ITI Marks Card/Certificate (as applicable).
- Degree/Diploma Marks Cards (All Semesters/Years).
- Degree/Diploma Certificate or Provisional Certificate.
- NATS Enrolment Number (For Graduate/Diploma candidates).
- Caste/Tribe/Disability Certificate (if applicable, in prescribed format).

Selection Procedure
- Screening: Applications received via email will be scrutinized.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification / Interview.
- Panel Preparation: A panel will be drawn based on academic scores (Degree/Diploma level) and performance in the interview.
- Selection: Induction of apprentices against vacant positions will be made strictly based on their position in the merit panel.

- Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the document verification or interview process.
